Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and CareCredit*. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

*Care Credit – Financing Dental Care

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer Care Credit, North America’s leading patient payment program.  Care Credit is a flexible patient payment program specifically designed for healthcare expenses.  Care Credit allows you to complete your procedure immediately and then pay for it over time with monthly payments.  Our office will pay the interest for you for the first 6 months.  No interest is applied if the balance is paid within the specified time period (typically 6 months).  In addition, Care Credit is a revolving credit line that may be used for additional treatment with no need to reapply.  Please speak with one of our receptionists before treatment if you are interested in applying for this service.
